This bell hooks quote speaks to me about being in a space where I can be fully present and feel safe.
Our first Red Tent Aotearoa event of 2024 is called The Power of Presence and it will be taking place on Sunday 11th Feb from 10-6pm.
During this day Suzanna and I will be taking you through some deep transformational processes that will help you to remain fully present in your body, emotionally and energetically.
We think it will be a bonding day, a relaxing day, an inspirational day, a healing day, and a day of growth.

The greatest gift we can give to ourselves or anyone else is Presence; full undivided presence.
Leaning into the discomfort of looking at those parts of ourselves that we don’t enjoy and sitting with someone else while they explore the parts of themselves that are not shiny and ‘pretty’ is a true honour.
At The Power of Presence we will be practicing what is feels like to truly hold space for ourselves and each other.

What is easy for me may not be easy for you.
The things you enjoy may be confusing or boring for me.
You may not see the gifts you have to offer, but I can see them clearly.
During the Power of Presence we will be seeing and saying what we can appreciate about one another. Receiving this is a gift from your community…
